Today it is my pleasure to introduce you to Adam Mann. I don’t often meet romance writers of the male gender which is unfortunate since I love reading romance from their perspective. Adam has an interesting history – be sure to read his biography – and joins us from the mountains of Viet Nam. Here’s an excerpt from his novel All the Nice Girls Love a Sailor.
All the Nice Girls Love a Sailor

A small cruise ship is chartered by a Company to get together all their executives and senior managers in one place, and they select the South China Sea for their cruise. Fair enough!
But, some of the younger staff see this as an opportunity… Well you know what sailors are!
The members of the ship’s crew also have their fantasies, but the First Officer has always been a model of propriety, until she meets the Captain…

Excerpt
As he opened her cabin door a calm voice behind said,
“Stand still and hold your hands in the air!”
It was Amelia, not wearing much, but holding Colin’s revolver in her hands quite steadily. One man began to run towards the dining room, but Amelia took one step forward, leveled her gun and shot the running man in his right leg. The man screamed and fell over holding his thigh.
The other man immediately dropped his pick axe handle and knelt on the ground holding his hands in the air “Don’t shoot me, please.” he begged.
“Leave the gun with me,” she said, as Colin walked to the bridge to call Security, but there was no answer. He called instead the Port Security Office who answered immediately.
“This is the Pegasus, we have two armed men attacking us but we’ve shot one in his leg and the other has surrendered.” he stated succinctly.
“Coming sir.” they said.
