WHAT TO READ NEXT – GAMES DUET
I am reading Games Duet, a series by CD Reiss that is heartfelt and compelling, and of course, wonderfully written. Ms. Reiss is a favorite of mine. Her descriptions make water taste wet, stars shine bright and every touch tangible. Her characters are knowable and full of angst, her plots are rife with creativity and steamy sex, and her use of language is just plain fabulous. I find I want to get to the next page as fast as I can so I can move forward in the story, but I want to linger on each page to savor her words.
I am only in book one, Marriage Games at the moment, of this two book series, so I cannot tell you everything you can expect. Yet. This book is consistent with Ms. Reiss’s desire to push your limits. It is the story of Adam Steinbeck who has kept his true desire – to be a Dominant – in check for the sake of his marriage and the woman he loves. But now she says she is leaving – because he keeps too much from her – and so the games begin.
